Return & Refund Policy

We want you to LOVE your new wig! If you're not happy with the color, we've got you covered. Here’s how our easy and free return process works:

Not Happy with the Color?

  • No worries! If you’re not satisfied with the color of your wig, you can send it back to us, and we’ll redo the color for you for FREE.
  • Just return it to us, and we’ll get your new color ready within 5 business days.

Hair Looking Damaged?

  • If you notice your wig/Bundles is damaged after wearing it, let us know within 7 business days of receiving it.
  • We’ll ask you to return the wig, and we’ll either send you new bundles or a new wig if we can't seem to fix the issue.
  • If we can't fix it or provide a replacement, we’ll refund you within 14 business days to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return or Color Change:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at [Customer Service Email] within 30 days if you want to return or change the color of your wig.
  2. Return: We’ll provide you with a free return label to send the wig back to us.

Please Note:

  • If your wig has been worn or altered, we can’t accept it for a return/refund.
