Return & Refund Policy


We want every client to be happy with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return, color correction, or refund.


Color Corrections


If there is a visible issue with the color due to our work (for example, the color is significantly different from what was agreed upon or there is a clear coloring error), we will happily correct it free of charge.


Please note:


  • A color correction is not available simply because you changed your mind or feel the color does not suit your skin tone, personal preference, or styling.
  • The wig must be returned in its original condition for us to assess the color issue.
  • Once we receive the wig, your color correction will be completed within 5 business days.

 


To qualify for a refund:

Refunds are only offered if the hair has a manufacturing defect or there is a genuine quality issue, such as damaged or faulty hair.


  • You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • The wig or bundles must be returned for inspection.
  • The item must not have been altered, customized, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise modified after delivery.
  • If the item has been altered in any way, it is not eligible for a refund.


If your claim is approved after inspection, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.


Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds


We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Personal preference, including not liking the color or feeling it does not suit your complexion.
  • Color changes requested after delivery.
  • Wigs or bundles that have been altered, cut, bleached, dyed, chemically processed, or otherwise modified by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.


If you’re unsure about a color before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us first. We’re always happy to help you choose the shade that’s right for you.

How to Start a Return or Color Change:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at [Nywele.be@gmail.com] within 30 days if you want to return or change the color of your wig.
  2. Return: We’ll provide you with a free return label to send the wig back to us.
